Pod Matching — Day 2-3

Based on your needs, we build a specialized support pod with assistants best suited for your industry. You can even select VAs with specific services like Medical, Real Estate or Finance

Integration — Day 4

Ongoing Support

Our team will do daily check-ins for the first two weeks and then weekly check-ins as long as your pod is active. Your team handles tasks, improves processes, and provides consistent operational support.

During this period, we prepare your pod, organize workflows, and ensure assistants understand your systems and expectations.

Remotely Ink charges a one-time placement fee to cover the process of building and assigning your support pod.

This includes:

  • Talent vetting and selection

  • Pod matching

  • Onboarding preparation

  • Workflow setup guidance

We have a one-time 100$ placement fee. 

Pod support is billed based on an hourly or monthly structure depending on your needs.

Rates vary depending on:

  • The type of pod required

  • The level of assistants assigned

  • The number of hours needed each month

Typically, a pod can start at just 25$ per hour or 4000$ a month. Custom proposals are created after your discovery consultation.

Because Remotely Ink operates with a pod structure, your business does not rely on a single assistant.

If a team member becomes unavailable, the pod structure allows tasks to continue while we quickly coordinate adjustments or replacements when needed.

This ensures continuity and minimal disruption.

Many Remotely Ink assistants are experienced working with companies in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and other English-speaking markets.

Depending on your needs, assistants may work:

  • Fully within your time zone

  • Partially overlapping hours

  • Or asynchronously
